As an Estimator, you will create the scope of work, getting estimates from subcontractors, create estimate documents, create the project schedule, meet with customers to discuss finalizing the contract or status updates.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project; ensuring that the client is satisfied, and the project is completed per the plans and is profitable.

Required:

• Courses in engineering, construction science, or similar relevant field

• 3 years of experience as a construction estimator

• 5 years of experience in project management

• Project Management Software

We are seeking carpenters and general construction workers for kitchen and bath remodeling projects and room additions. The ideal candidates are construction professionals who take pride in their work, are willing to learn, and can be part of a team. We are seeking a broad range of proven experience in the following areas: demolition, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors and windows, flooring, etc.

Required:

• Hands-on construction experience and skills necessary to produce remodeling projects according to plan, on time and on budget.

• Understand and follow Safety guidelines

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the remodeling trades, preferably in kitchen and bath remodels

• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, doors, windows, drywall, finish work

• Practical knowledge of building codes

• Candidate must be able to complete tasks independently
